All Malvern Collection garden rooms come with a guarantee against rot and decay. Ten years for cedar, three years for pressure treated redwood and two years for redwood. All other workmanship and materials are guaranteed to be free from defects and faulty installation for a period of 12 months. All guarantees are subject to the buildings being maintained in line with our recommendations.
Please bear in mind that timber is an organic product, subject to naturally occurring changes that come about from different environmental conditions, e.g. changes in colour, surface splits and shrinkage. We cannot accept responsibility for these natural changes.

It is essential that a base and foundations are correctly prepared for your Malvern garden building. Failure to provide a suitable base could affect the operating of the doors and any opening windows.
Our experts recommend the base is the minimum size for the individual building ordered and, to ensure the stability of your garden room, the base must be firm and level.
We have our own in-house team of base installers who are also able to remove or relocate any existing garden buildings to prepare the site for the new structure.
During our site visit we will assess what needs to be done and will include the cost in our quote ready for you to approve.
