This is our Apex garden shed constructed from tongue & groove shiplap on the four walls and tongued & grooved matching on the roofs and most floors (heavy duty V313 caberboard floors come as standard on any buildings 8’x8’ or larger).

The building comes with pressure treated bearers on the floor, toughened glass fitted as standard, a ledge & brace door complete with lock & key and is treated with a spirit based preservative. The amount of fixed panes are dependent on the size of the building. The doors & windows can be positioned in any of the four walls & larger buildings will feature a metal roof truss where needed.

2. Existing Base?

Please ensure you have a firm and solid spirit level base ready for your delivery date. Please leave a minimum 18” working space surrounding the base. We regret that if we are unable to install the building due to inadequate base works or a failure to notify access restrictions, a second journey charge will be applicable.

During your site visit the installer will provide a separate quote for the recommended base for your shed. This will then need to be put into place before your shed can be installed. Please contact us if you'd like to discuss your base requirements before placing your order.

There must be a clear route to your prepared level base so that the panels can be safely delivered without any height, width or tight corner restrictions. We are not allowed to go on garage roofs or lift panels over 4ft walls/fences due to health and safety regulations. Building panels can be made into smaller sections free of charge but we must be made aware of any difficult access.

A 25% deposit is payable at checkout, with the remaining balance taken prior to delivery and installation. Total price includes delivery and installation (subject to base requirements).
